Daily setup checks
Check that the sealing head is correctly centred, guide rails are secure, conveyor speed is correct and the head height matches the current pack. Confirm that the capper is applying closures consistently before testing seals.
Ventilation and cooling
Keep vents clear and avoid blocking airflow around the machine. Air-cooled units need enough space around the equipment to manage heat during continuous production.
Changeover records
Record settings for each bottle, cap and liner combination. Include power, conveyor speed, head height and torque so operators can return to a proven baseline.
