Where the induction sealer sits in the line

The induction sealer normally sits after the capper. The cap must already be applied because the cap holds the foil liner in contact with the container mouth while the induction field heats the aluminium layer. The machine should be installed where bottles are stable, centred and moving consistently under the sealing head.

Foil detection can support quality control where a missing or incorrect liner must be rejected before final packing. Detection should be treated as a line-control requirement, not as a correction for poor seal formation. Agree who owns the sensor, reject device, guarding, electrical interface and validation checks before installation.
