Automatic induction sealers for bottles and jars

Automatic induction sealers are used where foil seals need to be applied consistently at production-line speeds. They are typically positioned after cap tightening and before downstream labelling, coding, cartoning or case packing.

Automatic sealing after capping

The cap holds the induction foil liner in position while the machine heats the foil layer. The automatic setup is designed to keep containers moving through the sealing head while maintaining enough dwell time for the foil to bond to the container mouth.

Specification points that affect output

Quoted output should be treated as application dependent. A small cap with a compatible liner and stable presentation may run faster than a wide-mouth jar, tall bottle or difficult closure. The final recommendation should be based on real pack data rather than a single headline speed.

Automation boundary

Automatic sealing needs a controlled pack flow.

The line must present capped containers at a stable centreline and spacing while the sealer maintains the recorded power, head height and dwell conditions. Automatic operation is most valuable when the upstream capper and downstream handling are equally repeatable.

Define whether the project includes only the sealer or also the conveyor, spacing, sensors, reject mechanism and controls required to make it a complete automatic station.

  • Check bottle stability through the sealing field.
