Quality checks

Chemical compatibility

A liner that seals a water-based product may not be suitable for solvents, oils, detergents, acids, alkalis or products that generate gas. Obtain component-supplier compatibility evidence and conduct a product-specific storage and handling assessment.

Do not use the induction sealer as the only leak-control measure. Cap thread engagement, torque, bottle stiffness, liner resistance, venting requirements and distribution conditions all contribute to the result. Review the product SDS and site risk assessment before trials or cleaning work.
